What exactly is an active tenancy?
A tenancy that is currently live. Several tenants sharing one tenancy count as one. Vacant units, ended tenancies and draft or future tenancies that aren't active yet don't count.

What is an active tenancy?
A tenancy that is currently live. Several tenants sharing one tenancy count as one. Vacant units, ended tenancies and future tenancies that haven't started don't count.
Is there a limit on properties?
No. Basic, Plus and Premium all include unlimited properties.
How does the 7-day trial work?
Start in the Letzo! app, choose a plan and set up your own real workspace. You're not charged during the 7-day trial.
Is the trial a demo?
No. You use the real product with your own properties and tenants — nothing is pre-filled with sample data.
What happens when I reach my limit?
You keep managing everything you already have. To add another active tenancy, upgrade to a larger plan from inside the app.
Can I change plans?
You can upgrade yourself at any time inside the app. To move to a smaller plan, contact Letzo! support.
How is annual billing charged?
Annual plans are billed once a year. The monthly figure shown is only an equivalent to help you compare.
Is payment secure?
Payments are handled by Stripe inside the Letzo! app. This website never sees your card details.
