1. Applies to
All users of the Letzo! website and platform. Forms part of the Terms of Use.
2. Prohibited activity
Unlawful activity; fraud; abuse, harassment or discrimination against tenants, contractors or staff; uploading malicious files; attempting unauthorised access, probing, scanning or attacking the platform; bypassing access controls or plan limits; reselling access without permission.
3. Messaging
No spam, bulk unsolicited messages or misleading communications to tenants or contractors.
4. AI
Do not use Letzo! AI to generate unlawful, discriminatory or deceptive content, or to attempt to extract data you are not authorised to see.
5. Integrations
Use Open Banking and other integrations only for accounts you are authorised to connect.
6. Enforcement
We may remove content, suspend users or terminate accounts that breach this policy.
