1. Who we are
Letzo! is operated by Bushen Garvie Ltd, trading as Letzo!, with a business address at 66 Paul Street, London (company number and registered-office details to be confirmed before publication). "We", "us" and "Letzo!" refer to that company.
2. Scope
Part A applies to everyone using the letzo.io marketing website. Part B applies to organisations and users of the Letzo! software platform at app.letzo.io. Subscriptions are also governed by the Subscription Terms.
3. Part A — Website use
You may browse the website for information about Letzo!. You must not interfere with the website, scrape it at scale or use it unlawfully.
Website content is provided for information and may change without notice.
4. Part B — Accounts
An organisation account is created by a person with authority to bind that organisation. Account holders are responsible for users they invite and for keeping credentials secure, including enabling multi-factor authentication.
5. User responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, use the platform lawfully and comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for the data you upload and for having a lawful basis to process personal data about tenants, contractors and others.
6. Customer data
You retain ownership of data you add to Letzo!. We process it to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Terms.
7. Intellectual property
Letzo!, its software, design and branding belong to us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform during your subscription.
8. Third-party services
Some features rely on third parties, such as Open Banking providers. Their terms may also apply. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
9. Availability
We work to keep Letzo! available and may carry out maintenance or updates. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
10. Fees and trials
Paid plans, the 7-day free trial and billing are governed by the Subscription Terms.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment or misuse. You may cancel under the Subscription Terms.
12. Liability

13. Governing law
