Subscription Terms

1. Plans
Letzo! Basic: £9.99/month or £84/year, up to 10 active tenancies; Letzo! Plus: £24.99/month or £210/year, up to 50 active tenancies; Letzo! Premium: £49.99/month or £420/year, up to 150 active tenancies. Enterprise pricing is agreed individually. All plans include unlimited properties. Prices are in GBP. [VAT TREATMENT TO BE CONFIRMED]
2. Active tenancy limits
Plans are based on the number of active tenancies. Draft and ended tenancies do not count. If you need more active tenancies than your plan allows, upgrade to continue adding them.
3. Free trial
New organisations receive a 7-day free trial. Billing begins at the end of the trial unless cancelled.
4. Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance through our payment processor.
5. Upgrades
Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged pro rata.
6. Downgrades
Downgrades are not available self-service. Contact us to change to a lower plan.
7. Failed payments
If a payment fails we will retry and notify you. Continued non-payment may lead to restricted access or suspension.
8. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
9. Termination
On termination, data is handled as described in the Data Processing Terms.
